After the shipper and freight forwarder confirm the transportation price and service conditions, the shipper must complete a cargo consignment note. The note should include: shipper information, consignee information, destination, scheduled flight date and airline, commodity name, number of pieces, weight, volume, and freight rate.

Based on the shipper's cargo consignment note, the customer service/document clerk should immediately book space with the airline or its agent and notify the customer of the scheduled flight time.

Collect the goods according to the mutually agreed method to ensure timely and accurate warehousing.

The goods are submitted to the cargo terminal for security inspection, and their dimensions are measured to calculate volumetric weight. The terminal then records the actual weight and volumetric weight of the entire shipment in the "Acceptance Note," which is stamped with the "Security Inspection Seal," "Acceptance Seal," and signed for confirmation. The freight forwarder enters all cargo data into the airline's air waybill based on the terminal's "Acceptance Note."

Once the goods are loaded onto the aircraft, the Civil Aviation Administration issues the master air waybill, and the freight forwarder issues the house air waybill. The house air waybill has three original copies and twelve copies. Of the original copies: the first is given to the shipper, the second is retained by the freight forwarder, and the third accompanies the goods to the consignee. The twelve copies are used for customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agency services, transit distribution, etc.

Customers may choose their own customs broker or entrust the freight forwarder to handle customs declaration. In either case, all customs declaration documents prepared by the shipper, together with the terminal's "Acceptance Note" and the original airline waybill, must be promptly submitted to the customs broker to facilitate timely declaration and ensure the goods clear customs and are transported without delay.

Once the goods are loaded onto the aircraft, a shipment notification may be sent to the buyer to facilitate payment preparation, document redemption, and receipt arrangements.
