The following products do not currently require hygiene licenses or filing certificates for import:

• One original copy of the Application Form for Import Filing of Daily Use Products (available for download online)

• Copy of the applicant's Business License

• Copy of the Business License of the domestic repackaging manufacturer (if applicable)

• Certificate of origin

• Production date certificate

• Packing list issued at the time of export

• Certificate of origin

• Customs declaration and inspection authorization letter

1. Chinese Label Design: It is recommended to complete this in advance. We provide professional Chinese label design services to ensure compliance with national standards.

2. Bill of Lading Exchange: Obtain the delivery order using the bill of lading to prepare for cargo pickup.

3. Import Filing: Submit documents including certificate of origin, hygiene certificate, packing list, and customs declaration authorization for import filing.

4. Animal and Plant Quarantine (if applicable): If products contain any animal or plant components, they must undergo animal and plant quarantine before being transported to the bonded warehouse. Products without such components can be directly stored in the bonded warehouse.

5. Labeling and Commodity Inspection: Apply labels in the bonded warehouse, then schedule commodity inspection. Inspectors will review labels and conduct random sampling for testing. Upon passing inspection, a release notice will be issued.

6. General Trade Declaration: Complete customs declaration, including customs inspection and price verification. Once the declared price is confirmed to be within a reasonable range and consistent with the actual goods, a tax bill will be issued.

Our company will notify the client to pay the required taxes. After tax payment is confirmed, customs will issue the release order. The warehouse will then be instructed to release the goods, completing the entire import process.
